Liverpool 3 - 0 West Brom

Robbie Keane broke his premier league duck by scoring twice against West Brom. The first, in the 34th minute was a well timed run to take Gerrard's pass into his stride and then lifting the ball over Scott Carson.

The second, just before the break, was a simple round over Carson by Keane after a lightning counter attack by Liverpool following a West Brom corner.

Liverpool had to wait until the last minute of normal time to score their third, as full back Arbeloa's shot went into the top corner after some neat individual play.
